When a high-tech electronic monitoring system equipment company decided to make serious changes to its existing microcomputer technology, they called on Hurst Technologies. The company knew that the technology it employed was antiquated and inhibiting productivity levels of its workers.
Transitioning users to new systems can be difficult. Many users are comfortable with the way things currently work and do not see the need to upgrade “their” technology. Hurst Technologies took on the role of the Information Technology Department and worked side—by—side with management to upgrade communications, servers, and desktop technology.
